You forget. Those who do go to medical school but don't get the degree... they are totally up the river with $300,000 +

To survive, you pretty much have to find a job that pays at least 35k and put up with 24.9% administrative wage garnishment. That's .1% shy of breaking our own usury laws.

Not only that.. you have to find a job where the Dept. of Ed can't revoke your license or certificate. The funny thing is.. if they make it so that you can't get hired by revoking your license.. that 24.9% of that money they get from you will be much less.

The law is apparently intended to keep you perpetually in debt.

It must be real cool being in medical schools out there where you can graduate with debt,so be very grateful for that stuff-cause in places like Uganda(that's in Africa),you won't set foot in nobody's med' school on some cheap-ass loan_the closest you get to that is a pain-in-the-ass bank loan you only get with some kind of leverage which most people can't afford!(Believe me,lots of kids whore they "stuff" for not med' school, but all basic life necessities here, and it's not as fancy as an all expenses paid trip to Dubai,I'm talking just a few bucks!)Here you can't graduate, let alone sit for the exams with a debt, and even if that kind of thing existed, the salaries after graduating couldn't clear that kinda loan;so bottom-line,if U can graduate with no debt, cool;but if whoring is your only way out, then tough-A dream is gotta be defended, right?

We all know we face financial crisis due to the global economic problem so we must need to make sure that we will spend wisely and make some other ways to find extra income. We must learn how to multi task our selves.

Its still doable for physicians since they are able to earn high incomes once in practice. Their debt in relation to future cash flow is still pretty low compared to most average college graduates.
